Hi, Riccardo here.
I've been making this app on my own since 2021, and you are using it. Thank you. A diary is about as private as writing gets, and you keep yours in something I built.
Most of my time goes into details nobody is meant to notice. How a page opens. How a button answers your finger. Whether a screen has too few options or too many. I go over every single interaction, usually more often than is reasonable.
I want the app to be pleasant to look at and simple to use, yet complete enough for all the different ways people keep a diary. I don't always get there, but that is what I'm aiming for.
And every purchase, every Plus subscription, makes me smile. Really, every single one. It tells me someone felt the care I put in, and it gives me the time to put in more.
